Process Service

How to Get Started

1. Contact us for a free quote via email or by phone.
2. Submit documents to our office us via Email or Mail. (Note: Each document is considered a separate serve unless multiple docs are served at the same physical address under the same case name. Note: We charge on a 1 hour minimum per process for anything outside of a flat rate area)
3. Once received we dispatch an EXPERIANCED Process Server that best fits the needs of of the client.
4. When service is completed, an Affidavit and/or return will be submitted to your office via Email (originals to follow, as requested).
5. All notaries are included for no additional charge.
6. Invoice will be generated and sent via email to each law firm for payment. 
7. Process Service MUST be received no later than 3:00pm CST. Anything received after that time may be processed the following business day for dispatch.

What To Expect?   (Once we have the documents):

• Documents will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.
• Updates of process attempts after 2 attempts unless otherwise requested. 
• At any time, we can provide updates about the process via phone and/or email.
• If an address is no longer accurate,  we will advise the sender and extend an option to locate if desired.
•  Frederick Investigations will provide any necessary witness fees and bill your firm for the amount plus a check issuance fee.   Note: Uncashed checks will not be refunded.
